Bridal Orders (Pre-Order)
1.1 All bridal wear is made to order and is available on a pre-order basis only.
1.2 If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via WhatsApp after placing your purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you.
1.3 All bridal orders must be placed at least 6–8 weeks before your required date. During peak seasons, production times may be longer, so we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible.
1.4 Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, amendments or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
1.5 Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds, except where an item is faulty or where otherwise required under your statutory consumer rights.
1.6 Our Diracs are designed to be plus-size friendly. However, we kindly ask all plus-size customers to contact us via WhatsApp after placing their order so that we can confirm the most suitable garment specifications and fit.
1.7 If your shoulder-to-floor measurement is 60 inches (152 cm) or taller, please contact us via WhatsApp after placing your order so we can ensure the correct garment length and advise on any additional requirements.
1.8 It is the customer’s responsibility to place their order with sufficient time to allow for production and delivery. NR DESIGN BRIDAL cannot be held responsible where an order is placed too close to the customer’s required date.
1.9 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and remain up to date with the delivery status. While we are happy to assist with courier enquiries where possible, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
1.10 Every Dirac undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch and is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, NR DESIGN BRIDAL cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or delays caused during transit, subject always to your statutory rights.
Custom Orders & Additional Services
2.1 Our custom bridal designs are created exclusively for each client and can be made using a variety of fabrics and finishes, including Chiffon, Satin, Lace, and Velvet. Embellishments, embroidery, colours, and design details can be tailored to your individual preferences.
2.2 Every custom order includes a complimentary bridal design sketch as part of the bespoke design process.
2.3 We offer a bespoke tailoring service for an additional fee.
2.4 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate body measurements in either inches (in) or centimetres (cm) at the time of ordering.
2.5 If the required measurements are not provided, or if the measurements supplied are inaccurate or incomplete, we may be unable to provide our tailoring service. NR DESIGN BRIDAL cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from measurements that have been supplied incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We offer both UK and international shipping.
3.2 International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
3.3 Estimated international delivery time is 5–7 working days after dispatch.
3.4 Estimated UK delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.
3.5 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
