 1. All our bridal wear is for PRE - ORDER.

1.1 Please ensure you contact us via WhatsApp if you have any questions after placing your orders.

1.2 Ensure all bridal wear orders are placed a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks in advance.

1.3 Once the order is placed, we cannot offer any amendments or cancellations.

1.4 We have a strict No returns policy after you receive your item as all items are handmade.

1.5 All our diracs are Plus size friendly however we do require you to contact us on WhatsApp after making your order.

1.6 If you're 60 inches or taller from shoulder to floor, contact us on WhatsApp after making your order.

1.7 It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough time for us to fulfil your order, as our order times vary especially during peak seasons.

1.8 It is your responsibility to keep up to date with your shipping status once a tracking number is provided. We are not liable for any shipping delays but can help assist with issues regarding shipping. Please let us know if there are any delays with your shipment and our logistics teams will process all requests.

1.9 All our Diracs go through stringent quality checks before shipping, necessary precautions are undertaken to ensure our products are packaged securely. We are not liable for any issues that occur during shipping. 

 

     2. CUSTOM ORDERS & EXTRA SERVICES

2.1 All Custom orders are bespoke designs, available in various colours & fabrics such as Chiffon , Satin, Lace & Velvet embroidery & design is subject to preference.

2.2 All Custom orders come with a complimentary Sketch service.

2.3 We offer a Tailoring service at an additional fee.

2.4  Ensure all required measurements are provided correctly in INCHES or CM's.

2.5  If relevant measurements are not provided we cannot offer our Tailoring services. 

 

 

     3. SHIPPING

 

3.1 We offer a  UK & International shipping service.

3.2 International customers outside the UK maybe subject to custom duty & VAT fees once the goods have reached your countries customs.

3.3 International shipping takes 5-7 working days.

3.4 Shipping within the UK arrives within 2-3 working days.
